Preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Joy Smith; parents, Edwin and Marjorie Smith; brother, Ron Smith. Survived by his daughters, Melissa (Michael) Womack of Colwich, KS, Cynthia (Edward) Pride of Mill Creek, WA; grandchildren, Andy and Eddie Nunnelley, Lily, Lucy, and Lawton Boggs.
