Preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Mary Staab; daughter, Nikki Renee Nulton. Survived by her husband, Neil Nulton; daughter, Kim (Shawn) Clothier, both of Wichita; grandchildren, Ashley (Tyler) Stevenson, Abby Clothier; great-grandchildren, Rhys and Rory Stevenson. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.

Neil and Kim, Don’t know if you remember me. This is Debbie Engel from Hays. We were neighbors to your Grandpa and Grandma Staab on McArthur Road in Hays. So sorry to hear of Joann’s passing. Always remember her as a kind and friendly woman. May she rest in peace. Ernie Engel and Debbie Engel ( my Mom was killed in 2017).
