Richard "Dick" Charles Kruger, 91, Retired Sales Representative for McCormick & Co., died Saturday, December 30, 2023. Graveside service will be at 11:30 am, Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Rochester, MN. Preceded in death by his parents, Rueben and Velva Kruger; brother, James Kruger; sisters, Jean Kuchera, Donna Austin. Dick is survived by his wife, Madeline G. Kruger of Wichita who he dearly loved and was married to for 67 years; daughter, Deborah "Deb" (Randy) Stockman of Goddard; grandson, Nathan (Shallon) Stockman and their children Alex, Eddie, and Jonathan, of Wichita; grandson, Daniel (Julia) Stockman and their children Clark and Harrison of Prosper, TX. He was very proud of all his children and grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Rita Kruger of St. Peter, MN; several nieces and nephews. Dick enjoyed playing golf, fishing, playing bingo, and spending holiday celebrations with his family. I was one of Dick’s caregivers where he was a resident at. He was such a sweet man who knew how to crack jokes at anytime. I was happy to have the honor for caring for a wonderful man.
I was a neighbor of Dick’s in Rochester for many many years and so enjoyed him. We had alot of good times together. What a good person he was. He will be missed.

Sincere sympathy to Madeline and family for the passing of Richard. I remember Richard as someone who brightened the atmosphere whenever and wherever he graced the scene. He still lights up all the memories.
