Elizabeth "Liz" Guiot, 86, died Monday, March 25, 2024. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. Liz retired from the K-State Extension-Farm Management as Office Manager and was involved and sang with the Sweet Adelines on and off for over 25 years. Liz was preceded in death by her parents, George and Bernice Rogers; sister, Mary Lou Berndt; brothers, Clarence P. Rogers, Rodney Dean Rogers, Lawrence Rogers; husband, Earl Clayton Guiot; daughter, Lucinda Guiot; and grandson, Tyson Neal. She is survived by her daughters, DeAnn Guiot, Susan (Earl Iverson) Guiot, Sandra Neal; son, Steve (Melissa Woods) Guiot; grandchildren, Tawnie Neal, Dustin Phillips, Amanda Neal (Clifford Dean), Erin (Joseph Nunn) Guiot-Nunn, Autumn Iverson, Amber Iverson, Spencer Woods; two great grandchildren, Livvy Burton, Camari Neal; sisters, Delores Leinen, Deanna (Jerry Schmeissner) Bellows; brother, Carroll Max (Linda) Rogers; sister-in-law, Kay Rogers; son-in-law, John Hackett; close family friends, Christine Campbell, Eddie, Paula, and Peyton Wright, Anh Le. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219.
