Bettie C. King

- Bettie C King, 93, homemaker, died Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Private family services to be held in Alva, Oklahoma at a date to be determined. Bettie graduated from Alva High School, Alva, Oklahoma. Her careers included: secretary, real estate, Avon Sales, and a staunch supporter of her husband, Forrest's business venture, Wichita Kenworth Trucks. She was a member of the Sweet Adelines Chorus Group, enjoyed golfing, bowling, and traveling with friends and family. Bettie retired from playing the organ at Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Bettie is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas J. and Irene Mary Dean; brother, Tommy Dean; and husband, Forrest Dean King. She is survived by her sons, Victor V.
