Maria Teresa Neuwirth, 102, beloved mother, died Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Viewing will be from 1:00 - 5:00 pm, Thursday, January 9, 2025, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Rosary will be at 9:30 am, Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Friday, January 10, 2025, at St. Jude Catholic Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Anna Cavallaro; husband, James R. Neuwirth; brothers, Ferndinando Cavallaro, Renato (Anna) Cavallaro; sister, Philomena Cavallaro; sons-in-law, Delbert Alfaro, Paul A. Lytle; brother-in-law, Alfredo Del Giudice.
Survived by her daughters, Anne Alfaro of Wichita, KS, Diana C. (John) Torline of North Newton, KS, Joan (Dennis) Putman of Venice, FL, Virginia Lytle of Wichita, KS; son, Steph (Frances) Neuwirth of Melbourne, FL; sister, Emma Del Giudice of Naples, Italy; 13 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Carmela Cavallaro of Wichita; 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
