  1. I had the privilege of being Donna’s daughter-in-law the past 11 1/2 years. She was a very loving, generous mother-in-law who loved her family fiercely. She was “interesting” in so many ways and gave us a lot to laugh about and tease her about. She generally took it well. 🙂 I loved her dearly and will miss her very much.

  2. Cindi and I met Donna 37 years ago at the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation. She wasn’t just our supervisor; she became a lifelong friend who treated us like family. Donna Lathrop was a remarkable leader, and a natural mentor. She was tough but fair, never shying away from difficult conversations, yet always leading by example and fiercely advocating for her team. Her eternal optimism, grounded in reality, and deep compassion for those we served were truly inspiring.
Beyond the workplace, Donna was a vibrant spirit, always ready for an adventure. Whether it was a trip to a new destination or exploring a fantastic restaurant, she cherished moments with friends and family. We are profoundly grateful for Donna’s impact on our lives and the lives of countless others. Thank you, Donna, for your loving and meaningful friendship.
