Celebration of Life will be at 3:00 pm, Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary.

Kayla was a Goddard Academy graduate who enjoyed powerlifting. She loved and adored her boys. She was beautiful inside and out. She was so full of life; her smile and laugh would brighten any room. She enjoyed coloring hair for all her family members, during which she would catch up on family gossip. She was silly and daring and knew how to strike a pose for the camera from birth. She will be greatly missed and was loved by many.

She is survived by her parents, William Lee and Stephanie Ann Mayfield of Goddard, KS; her sister, Teagan Mayfield; her two sons, Leland and Isaiah Sanger; her grandmothers, Mary Roe, Corie Daniels, and Wendy Mayfield; her aunts, Crystal May, Jamie Daniels, and Abby Mayfield; her uncles, Scott May, William Tripp, David Mayfield, and Matthew Bruns; her cousins, Tyler Tucker, Harper May, Alex Frank, Cheyenne Bissell, and Brayden Daniels.
