Dorothy was a meticulous office manager and bookkeeper earlier in life. She was involved in Women’s Society of the Methodist Church, PTA and Republican Women’s Club where she was not afraid to be a leader, but was also willing to be a support person.

In her later years, she was famous for her candied pecans and her friendliness to all at Reflection Ridge, where she lived for the past 16 years after her loving husband Ernie passed away. She made everyone feel important. She always redirected the conversation to others and away from herself. It has been said that between the third floor and the first floor Dorothy would learn half of a stranger’s life story and on the way back up to the third floor she would learn the other half!

She was an “influencer”, even though she would probably deny it.. She left with her mind sharp and intact – such a loving, kind, humble, friendly, unselfish, giving, wise, beautiful lady!! God blessed so many through her life! We are forever grateful!!

Dorothy “Dot” Logan, loving mother and grandmother, died Sunday, November 30, 2025. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, December 6, 2025, at University United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Lena Miller; husband, Ernest “Ernie” Logan; son, Gary Logan; brothers, Marvin Miller, Kenneth Miller, and Raymond Miller. Survived by daughter, Diana (Sam) Noffsinger; daughter-in-law, Sheril Logan; grandchildren, Aaron (Lisa) Logan, Jeff (Jenny) Logan, Richard (Norma) Logan, Mary (James) Dare, David (Sarah) Noffsinger, Amy Noffsinger; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established with: University United Methodist Church, 2220 N. Yale Ave., Wichita, KS 67220.
