Jordon Leroy Tenbrink, 78, passed away peacefully at his home on December 12, 2025.

Memorial Service will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary.

Jordon spent most of his life in Wichita, Kansas, where he worked in maintenance and as a general contractor. For a brief time, Jordon lived in California where he met Linda, who would become his wife of 50 years. In later years, Linda lovingly cared for Jordon following a stroke, remaining by his side at home.

Jordon was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time working on the family farm in Alma, Kansas. Jordon held a deep personal faith, reassuring others by saying, “I’m going to heaven!”

Jordon was preceded in death by his parents, Art and Elizabeth “Betty;” and siblings Art, Mike, Bonnie, and Tom.

He is survived by his wife Linda; brothers, Patrick, Anthony (Mary), and Louis (Laurie) Tenbrink. Jordon also has several nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established with: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
