Edward Eugene Kennedy, 91, retired Cessna Aircraft Supervisor/Foreman, passed peacefully, Friday, December 19, 2025, with family by his side. Rosary will be at 10:30 am, Tuesday, Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am, both on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at St. Anne Catholic Church.
Edward is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Edmond and Elizabeth Ellen Kennedy; wife, Gloria May Kennedy; siblings, Bill Kennedy, Larry Kennedy, Helen Rush, Ada Marie Heenan, Paul Joseph Kennedy, Cora Lou Kennedy, Jolene Stringer, and Dick Kennedy.
He is survived by his son, Nick (Cindy) Kennedy; daughters, Becky (Doren) Rhoades, Lori (David) Marshall; grandchildren, Lachelle (Kevin)Peterson, Crystal (Nick) Clupny, Kelsi (Brandon) Hay, Megan (Josh) Curts, Drew (Lauren) Rhoades, Kara (Chris) Newell, Nicki (Brent) Mandery, Casey (Chad) Lager, Holly Marshall, Brent Marshall; twenty-three great-grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy Cartwright of Humbolt, KS, Mary Kay Schooler of Seneca, MO, Kenny Kennedy of CA, Jack Kennedy of Bella Vista, AR, Carolyn Robinson of Tucson, AZ, Frank Kennedy of Bella Vista, AR, and Sharon Woolf of Cape Coral, FL.
A memorial has been established with: Bishop Carroll Catholic High School, 8101 W. Central, Wichita, KS 67212 and St. Anne Catholic Church, 2801 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS 67217.
