Jo Ann Katherine Parker

Jo Ann Katherine Parker, 75, Data Entry Specialist, died on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10th, 2026, with her daughters by her side after a long battle with dementia.

Jo Ann was an ardent lover of music, theatre, movies, technology, and sci-fi.  She loved to sing songs, especially showtunes, very loudly in the car.  Jo Ann adored animals, particularly birds, and in her later years, developed a zealous fondness for “doggies”.  She was a special lady and had an uncanny ability to leave a lasting impression on those she met.  She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Jo Ann is preceded in death by her son, Sean Edde Parker. She is survived by her daughters, Paige F. Staples and Christina R. Guzman, sister Judy Norris, son-in-law David Staples, brothers, Jim Roselli and Jeff Roselli, and grandsons, Glenn P. Gledhill and Ethan P. Gledhill

Memorial service will be a private family remembrance held at a yet to be determined date.

In her final years, Jo Ann received an incredible amount of care through Via Christi Hope program, including hospice care.  The program also assists families of those in their care as needed and were a tremendous blessing to Jo Ann and her family.   In remembering Jo Ann, please consider a donation to this wonderful program:
