Vicky is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence J. and Pearl M. Brown; and husband, Gary W. McFadden. She is survived by daughters, Natalie (Jeremy) Moss of Valley Center, KS, Rebecca “Becky” (Larry Bandy Jr.) Bandy of Derby, KS; six grandchildren, Adler Moss of St. Joseph, MO, Campbell Moss of Valley Center, KS, Lucilia Bandy of Derby, KS, Brent (Erika) Bandy of Wichita, KS, Brandon (Tabby) Bandy of Wichita, KS, Brook Bandy of Wichita, KS; six great-grandchildren, Axel Ramirez-Bandy, Abel Ramirez-Bandy, Carson Bandy, Mason Bandy, Emersyn Bandy, Teni Bandy; and sister, Pat (Mike) Wemmer of Wichita, KS.

I am saddened to hear about Vicky. She trained me over the years while we worked for KG&E. We became good friends over the 35 years plus and shared many a laugh over funny stories and dinner get togethers with fellow co-workers. She was a sheer joy to be around and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. My heart goes out to her family and friends during this difficult time, sending hugs and prayers.
