Jeffrey Duane Parke, 55, of Wichita, KS, passed away on July 2nd, 2026, after a courageous three-year battle with cancer.
Born on May 11, 1971, in Wichita, KS, Jeff was a devoted husband, loving father, and loyal friend whose life was centered on family and caring for others. He was married to his beloved wife, Shannon for 29 years, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support.
He was a proud father to his son, Brett (27) and daughter, Alexis (24) and found his greatest joy in watching them grow into the people they are today. Whether through encouragement, steady guidance, or simply being present, he made his family feel deeply loved every day.
Professionally, Jeff worked in finance, where he was respected for his leadership and knowledge. He worked for Koch Industries for 28 years and retired as a Chief Risk Officer. In addition to professional accomplishments, he will be remembered for the kind of man he was: dependable and deeply caring toward those around him.
Throughout his fight the past 3 years, he faced each challenge with grace and gratitude while drawing inspiration from the love of his friends and family. Jeff truly embraced life. He prioritized each moment and ensured no opportunity was wasted. He pursued the things that gave him joy and filled his days with experiences that mattered most.
He is survived by his wife, Shannon; children, Brett Parke and Alexis Epp; son-in-law, Alex Epp; parents, John and Connie Parke; siblings, Darren Parke and Stacy Dawson; and many friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Colorectal Cancer Alliance, Inc., P. O. Box 96069, Washington, DC 20090.
