Loma is preceded in death by her father, Roy Allen; mother, Berniece Ockerman; husband, Jack Buzard; siblings, Barbara Barnes, Carol Bennett, and Jack Allen. She is survived by children, Kathy Zluticky, Ron (Becky) Buzard, Charles (Joan) Buzard; grandchildren, Brent (Kristen) Zluticky, Janelle (John) Zluticky, Aaron (Amanda) Buzard, Daniel (Kari) Buzard, Jon (Becca) Buzard, Blake (Lauren) Buzard; great-grandchildren, Maddie, Parker, Henley, Eli, Theo, Porter, Jack, Emma, and Hazel.
