Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
We were so sorry to read about your Mother. She was such a wonderful person and I (Kelly) truly enjoyed knowing her while we all grew up riding horses. Please know you are in our thoughts and our hearts. With deepest sympathy, Jon and Kelly Callen
I would like to express condolences on behalf of the Southwest High School class of 1941. Anne has attended our reunions and has many friends and classmates in the Kansas City area as well as throughout the country. We will have her obituary in our next newsletter.
Years have gone by, but your whole family is still in our hearts. I think of Anne, and her tiny little figure, her large doberman at her side. Dinner parties where Anne showed such class, as always. Marsh…we are so sorry for you for the loss of your Mother. You, Kathy, Brad, Zach and Gus will always hold a special place with Dave and I. We will be at your side in a heartbeat if you want us with you. With LOVE and warm thoughts of the past….Dave and Laura Williams
Dear Marsh and Roger, My heart is with you and yours. I’m sorry not to be there in person , but know that I am holding you in my prayers and thoughts. My, how I loved your mother!! and how I was impressed with her grit and fortitude. And our special friendship. I was so pleased and delighted to see her and hug her at Harriet’s last month. And so thrilled that she could make that fantastic effort to see me. I know Anny is there to hold you and comfort you. Please accept my appologies for not being with you in person. God bless you for taking such good care of my Anne. Hugs to all, Lucy

From the family of Anne Martin: We were blessed with the opportunity to give Anne some extra care over the past two years. It was never a burden. Her gifts to us over the years far exceeded anything we could ever hope to repay. Her greatest gift was her love. It was an honor for us to have been loved so much by such a wonderful person. She taught us so many things over the years, and in her last days, she taught us how to leave this world and enter the next with extraordinary courage, grace and dignity. We ask God to take very good care of this precious woman who so greatly enriched our lives and the lives of so many others.
