Phillips, Arline R., 96, retired secretary, died Monday, July 27, 2015. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Arline was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Phillips. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Wichita Symphony, 225 W Douglas Ave, Suite 207, Wichita, KS 67202.
