Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. The most amazing mother I could have asked for, words cannot describe the pain I feel. I just want to thank you for always being there for me know matter what. I know I did a lot of boneheaded things and never once did you hold it against me. You were an amazing grandma to my kids. You supported all of us with our soccer and just everything in life. Thank you for accepting my wife Rachel as a daughter of your own and her family. Words cannot describe how much you meant to me and my family. For that I love you and miss you, Mom. R.I.P.

  2. Some of my favorite memories with my mom:
As a Kid: Her sneaking me and my brother in cookies for a snack in our room because we didn’t eat all our dinner.
Her supporting me for my soccer by always being there, even when she was the one who had to take me and I would be upset because she always got lost.
The time I got Pulled over, she was in front of me turned around and started getting into it with the cop. Said I didn’t stop, but she was in front of we and argued I did, went from 1 ticket to 4. My eminem quote, “Thanks a lot Mom”
    As An Adult:
Our Casino and Bingo trips, she loved going.
When she finally hit a Jackpot and her texting me see I can win a Jackpot betting 75 cents. I love and miss you, Mom. Hopefully there is a casino in heaven for you. R.I.P.

  3. One of the absolute sweetest people I ever had the pleasure to meet. She was heaven sent, and will be missed.

  4. I had the pleasure of knowing Bev for a few years. I feel robbed that I didn’t get more time with her. She had a special presence, she made you feel seen and heard and special. I will miss her. My deepest condolences to the family.

  5. We are very saddened to hear that Beverly has passed away. We have many fond memories of her as we watched The Warriors play soccer together. She was the ultimate soccer mom and soccer grandma too. Her sweet spirit will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with the family. May God bless and comfort them.

  6. Soo many memories being apart of the Warrior Family and having Jeff as a friend and staying the night at their place, the best one I remember was when we ordered Buffalo Wings and Beverly didn’t know Buffaloes had Wings. She was able to laugh at herself as we all should be able to do a little more. Love ya Bev, miss you!

  7. Oh my gosh! I am so very sorry to hear of Beverly’s passing. She was such a sweet woman, as is her whole family. Knew her and Jeff and the boys through Warriors Soccer. My husband, Butch, was an assistant Coach. We had such fond memories. The last time I saw her was several years ago at Riverside Cafe in Derby. Still as sweet as always. She will definitely be missed. Prayers going up for family and friends.

  8. Ken and boys, so sorry to read about the loss of Bev and your mom. The Perkins have lots of wonderful memories of soccer trips. Bev was a delight to travel with as we all cheered the Wichita Warriors. Please accept our sincere sympathies.

  9. Beverly was a beautiful soul and a joy to be around. Lucky and blessed to have gotten to see her and Ken at the Baty’s 50th anniversary a few months ago. So many wonderful Warrior trips to remember. She will be missed. Love to you Ken, Jeff snd Jeremy.

  10. It really hurts my heart to write this! Beverly was very much a part of my childhood, early adult friends!! She was the first friend I had when my parents moved to our neighborhood. She was the best at Jacks, Cards and anything to do with games. She could do cartwheels, handstands and anything to do with gymnastics! She was a good friend. She was the senior to take me to the junior/senior initiation . We had a blast growing up! I was privileged enough to be maid of honor when she married the love of her life!! She was a sweet soul that will be missed by everyone who came in contact with her. My heart and prayers go out to her family.

  11. So sad to hear of Bev passing. She was one of my favorite coworkers at two places. She always made me smile if not laugh. My thoughts and prayers for the family. You will be missed by Donna Luttrell
