Brock Louis Beat, 18, passed away June 1, 2021.
Memorial Service, 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 11, 2021, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West Chapel.
Survived by his mother and stepfather, Sanya and Michael Wiles; father, David Beat and Suzanne Whitehouse; brothers, Ryan and Matthew Murray; stepbrothers, Blake Whitehouse and Jacob McNutt, all of Wichita, KS; his grandparents, JC & Patricia Kennedy of Haysville, KS; grandfather, Alvin Beat of Wichita, KS; nephew, Kamden Murray of Bel Aire, KS; aunt, Sara Brooks and husband Robert Brooks of Belle Plaine, KS; uncles, Neil Kennedy of Wichita, KS and Daniel Beat of Lawrence, KS and many other relatives and family friends.
Brock was preceded in death by his grandmother, Judith Beat.

We were there visiting when it was little Brocks first day of school. He was excited to get to school with his big backpack strapped on his back. He was so cute. He grew up to become so tall and handsome. He’s forever in all our hearts.
I remember meeting Brock at Little Bev’s. He was a sweet little boy and very shy. What a cutie.
We will always cherish the memories of your visits to Atlanta. You made me ride all those roller coasters at six Flags and I’m so glad I did. We love you Brock and miss you dearly. Uncle’s Harold Dean Kennedy and Roger Foster. 💝
Brock, I met you when you were a baby. I was in Wichita with my Mom, Alice (your Grandpa Alvin’s sister). We were there for your Uncle Dan’s wedding or my Cousin Linda’s wedding – I can’t remember which. Anyway, Mom and I were visiting at your Grandparents house and I got to hold you. Your Grandma Judy only gave me a few minutes then she snatched you back, but it was fun and I was glad I got to meet you. May the angels be with you, Lori Youngman
