to Carol’s family, i have gone to Greene Vision for years. i always looked forward to visiting with Carol. we were both fighting the same disease and always chatted about our progress. she enjoyed sharing my kids and grandkids pictures and that is so special to me. Carol was always smiling and full of joy and laughter even when i knew she did not feel well. she was a wonderful woman to know. i am so sorry for your loss. i will miss her sweet smiling face and her perky attitude. Greene’s will not be the same without her. i know she touched many people with her uplifting spirit. may fond and loving memories help your hearts and souls to heal. love to all, Mona Weatherson 722-0907 334 Whispering Pines city 67212

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, the family. JoAnn, thank you for keeping me updated. Lloyd, Linda and Melea are also keeping all of you in their prayers. Being just two days difference in age has made me more aware of just how quick life can be taken. God Bless you all! (A donation will be sent to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.)

Perry: My wife, Patricia, and I send our condolences. We remember Carol as bright, friendly, and unfailingly cheerful. We are very sorry for your great loss. Patty & Fred Gasser.

To the Family of Carol Borth, I was so surprised to read Carol’s obituary this morning. I am a patient of the Grene Vision Group. Carol was always in the office with a wonderful smile to greet us as we arrived for our appointments–clear back to the days at Dr. Shook’s on E. Harry! She was always patient, kind, and considerate. She knew who we were even if only seeing us once a year. She was the old-fashioned, courteous receptionist–asking about family whenever she saw us, ready to listen rather than hurrying us through so she could get back to something else. I will definitely miss her smiling face. May she rest in peace and God give you all comfort at this sad time.

Mike, our daughter Jaime Reissig ,now Hutchinson. went to Southeast with you and had Madrigals etcs. with you. My husband and I knew your Mother through that and we are both patients of Greene Vision. She ALWAYS had a smile, a greeting, always asked about Jaime. I always asked about you. She was a fixture at her job, and her outgoing and caring presence will be missed by us all who are patients. We are so sorry Mike, our condolences to you, your wife , and your extended family.

Perry, I hope you remember me, I was the VA Adjudication secretary when you retired. I met your wife several times when she worked at Dr. Alan Russell’s office, he was my eye doctor. She was always so nice to me when I would go there for my appointments. There are truly no words to say how sorry I am that you have lost your life partner. Hold on to those memories and know she is smiling at you with the Angels right now. God bless, Deborah (Carney) Kansas City

Perry, we are so very sorry for your loss. I didn’t really get to know Carol well, but what I did know of her was a happy, upbeat person, and I know she will be missed. If there should be anything we could do for you, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Dear Mike and family- We were so sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. I had just been wondering if we would see you at Music Theatre of Wichita this summer. May your memories keep the wonderful spirit of your Mother alive for many more years. Our thoughts are with your entire family. Julie (Bridges) Buth, Shiloh, and Carolyn Bridges

I was deeply saddened by the news of Carol’s passing. I was one of the lucky nurses to have the wonderful opportunity to care for Carol and be touched by her sweet and smiling demeanor. All those that met her were blessed to meet such an angel.
