Conner Newton Ward, 28, Management and Salesman with Midwest Roofing, died Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Visitation 1:30pm; Rosary 2:00 pm; Funeral Mass 2:30 pm, all January 11, 2022, at St. Paul University Parish at Wichita State University. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond Newton Ward, Norbert and Peggy Rohling. Survived by his parents, Darren Newton and Jill Ward; wife, Ashley Ward all of Goddard, KS; sister, Emily (Andrew Clapp) Ward; sons, Steely Zimmerman, Otto Newton Ward; mother-in-law, Sherri Hischke; father-in-law, Michael Powell; grandmother, Diane Ward; brother-in-law, Dillon Powell; godmother, Jodi Esfeld. I worked at Midwest Roofing years ago. Conner was always kind and willing to help when needed. The thing I remember most though was him eating his peanut butter sandwich for lunch every day. I’m very sorry for your loss you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
