Guestbook

  1. Brandy–Just wanted to let you know we are thinking about you. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Adam and Jessica Peltzer

  2. Sally, Burt, and Brandy, Gary was more than an employer, he was a true friend treating all of us that worked for him as family. I have kept a piece of time from those days 30 years ago. The kids might not remember but Sally you might A ‘Mean Mary Jane’ t-shirt from a promotion at the dealership. That is just 1 memory of the greatest times of my life and the friend I will miss.

  3. Burt, Our prayers are with you and your family. May God be with you and your family at this time of your need. Jack Allen 01-03-06

  4. Sally and Family, Ron and I will miss talking with gary weekly. We will rejoice knowing he is in a better place. Our thoughts are with you.

  5. Sally I was very sad to hear the news about Gary. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I emailed the KSDE CN&W staff this morning. I wish that I could be there for the funeral. God bless you. Karen

  6. Sally, Burt and Brandy, We are truly sorry for your loss. We recognize and appreciate that your loss actually began a few years back when a rather routine medical procedure went the wrong way. Instead of improving the quality of life in his advancing years, Gary’s quality of life suddenly ended that day and he became disabled. The Gary we knew enjoyed life and was quite active and loved to play golf, drive his Corvette, and sell those cars. As it turned out, none of that was possible after that fateful day. This obviously has been a very long and hard ordeal for all of you and it probably has taken its toll on your relationships with each other and with Gary. May the love and grace of god continue to be with you now. You are very much in our thoughts and prayers with Gary’s passing. We can’t help but reflect on a few of the better times with Gary. Some of the more memorable moments include: Your wedding day and your first custom built home on a high cliff overlooking a lake near Manhattan, Ks. Oh how excited Gary and you were over that new house. Another memorable moment was Gary and you taking on the challenge of opening a car dealership in north central Kansas. I believe that it was in or near Russell Kansas. That may have been a very difficult time also, but that was a dream Gary wanted to undertake. The arrival of Burt and Brandy were obviously very high points and very memorable moments for both Gary and you. Wagon Wheel Ranch also seemed to be a high point except maybe when there was occasionally high water there. It was certainly memorable. We like to remember and think of Gary at those times. That is the Gary we know. Ron and Chris Olsen, Woodinville, Washington.
