Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I feel very sad to read that Gloria has passed away. There are fond memories of the Scouting days and the wonderful leadership your father offered. And I recall how pleasant, caring, and kind Gloria was. You have experienced what our family would judge to be a perfect family life and upbringing. Your parents attended Jack’s and my 25th wedding anniversary and gave us two sets of blue and silver salt and pepper shakers. Each time I see them I think of them and especially you, Mark. And your parents were always so caring of each other and always looked at each other as if they were newly weds. I am on my way to California Thursday morning to celebrate Jennifer’s daughter Sarah’ 11th birthday, so I regret not being able to attend Gloria’s celebration of life. She was certainly a model mother to be proud of. Know that you all will be in our prayers. I imagine that Jeff has sent a message as well. Love to you all. Joyce Glimpse Madden
