Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Herb was such a great man, we worked a lot of try out camps together when I was with the Indians. He always put a smile on my face with his quick wit and sense of humor. He will be missed by many, especially me.
Thanks Herb for sharing your baseball savvy to all of us little leaguers who wanted to be big leaguers. Even forty years later you always had a friendly hello when I’d see you at the ballpark. Thanks again!
Maria & family: I know you will miss Herb, he was such a ‘gentle’ and nice person. I always looked forward to seeing you and he at the baseball dinners. Just wonderful people. He and Owen may be having a few baseball convesations there is Heaven – Please God understand baseball people!!
