The world has lost one of the nicest guys. You will be missed by so many people touched by your presence.
I first met “J” at the bluegrass festival in the “tight spot”. He had this personality that made you feel like you had met him before. He was very welcoming and had so much energy. I was fortunate to meet him later at several soccer games, playing with, against, or just watching. We could always discuss soccer, hats, women, dirt, life, and so much more.
I love you forever, Cousin. And deeply miss you. Thank you for all of the love and support you showed me. Your kindness will always be an example to me.
My sincere condolences to Peggie and the entire family for the loss of your beloved Jason. Death is a heartache no one can heal, love is a memory no one steal. May awesome memories help to heal your hearts in the difficult days to come. 💜 Susan Earick
At our 30yr high school reunion in 2019, Jason was one of the first people to come greet me and re-introduce himself and make me feel comfortable after nearly 3 decades away from Wichita. Such a warm fellow and great guy. His family and friends are in my thoughts.
My condolences goes out to the Fritts family. I only knew Jason Fritts for about a year before moving out of town. We did not keep in touch and although it had been 25 years since we last spoke, I will always think of him as one of the most positive and honest people I have ever known. His emotional generosity was mind blowing. I spent some time going through my old pictures and was ecstatic to find some with him from our days working at Stanford’s Comedy Club together. I have attached one of those pictures which was taken when we went to Rock Fest together in 1995. Sincerely, James Mattingly
