Dear Tanya and family, We were so sad to read of Jerry’s death. He was definitely one of the ‘good ones.’ Our kids, who are quite grown up now, remember him from when they were quite small and he let them ‘drive the train.’ We pray that you will experience the Lord’s grace and peace in the difficult days ahead as you do your best to adjust to life without this beloved one. With our love and deepest sympathy, Tim & Barbara English and family
Tanya, I am sorry for your loss. I only got to know you and Jerry when you were in Pratt visiting Orie and Alazana at their home. My sister lived next to them in Pratt on Thompson street. After my sister moved out, I moved into her house. I adopted one of the cats Orie had, as the new owners didn’t like cats as much as Orie and I. I remember you and Jerry helping Orie in his later years and thought you both were very nice people. What little time you were both there, it made a positive impression on me. Jerry was very courtious and friendly. I’m so sorry to hear of his battle with cancer. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Tanya: Just saw on KS.com where your Jerry passed away. Roger & I want you to know we are thinking of you. The way I handled the death of my family was to focus everyday on all the good times I had with them.

Tanya, I just learned of Jerry’s death this morning. I can’t imagine the loss you are feeling at this time. Jerry was a warm and caring individual who I enjoyed knowing. Know that I am sending you and your family the deepest of sympathy for your loss of a husband, father, and grandfather. Also sending you a big hug until I can deliver one in person.
