Joseph A. Bulger, 96, Owner of Bulger Cadillac and Oldsmobile, died Saturday, October 8, 2016. Private Family Services will be held. Preceded in death by his Wife, Hazel Ruth Bulger; Parents, James and Laura Bulger. Survived by his Sons, Thomas R. Bulger of Wichita, KS, James R. Bulger of Olathe, KS; Daughters, JoAnn Briggs of Tampa, FL, Judith A. Krulish of Centennal, CO; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
