Joseph Noel Berns, 74, Retired Owner of Berns Construction, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016. Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M., Monday, March 7, 2016; Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 8, 2016, both at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Burial will be in Burlington, KS. Preceded in death by his brother, Robert Berns (Joyce). Survived by his wife, Karen Berns; brother, Ernest "Ernie" Berns (Marie) of Phoenix, AZ; numerous nieces, nephews & great-nephews and nieces.
