Im not sure if anyone will see this. But Miss Judy is a part of my family’s Thanksgiving every year.
She had a cream corn recipe that got published and my grandma had cooked it every year growing up, and the past 8-10 years it has been my job to make this amazing corn. (Me now 30 y/o, ive eatten so much of this stuff)
Everytime I pull out the recipe, I give her a little nod and a “Thanks, Judy!”
Even though we never met her, she has been in our family for years…. And will be for many more to come!
