McGrath, Kevin E., 56, Assistant Metro Editor for the Wichita Eagle, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 5, 2013. Visitation will be 6-8 P.M. Friday, February 8, 2013, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Bethel Life Center. Kevin earned his Bachelors degree in Journalism in 1978 from Marquette University and received his Masters degree from Indiana University in 2012. Preceded in death by his father, Robert. Survived by: wife, Jan (Price) McGrath; mother, Lillie Opal McGrath of Benton, PA; brothers, Eric (Debbie) McGrath of Rolla, MO, Mark (Nancy) McGrath of Clinton, MD, Brien McGrath of Benton, PA; sister, Diane Sinclair of Corona, CA.
