Lee E. "Eddy Lee" Boyer

August 17, 1956 ~ February 20, 2025
Lee E. Boyer, aka Eddy Lee, 68, of Kechi, KS, passed Thursday, February 20, 2025. Lee was the oldest of three sons born August 17, 1956 to Leland E. Boyer and Marilyn R. Mailman. In 1991 Lee and Sheri Benham were united in marriage. They had one daughter, Jennifer Lee Boyer.
Lee was a master builder. He worked several years for Mennonite Housing and had his own successful construction company his entire working career. In his spare time he enjoyed carpentry and working on anything with an engine. He loved spending time, boating on Beaver Lake, and hosting the Friday Coffee Club.
In 2024, Lee married his longtime partner, Karin Anderson.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents; his step-father, Gerry Mailman; brother, Rick Boyer; nephew, Garrett Lee Boyer.
Survived by his wife, Karin Anderson of the home; daughter, Jennifer Lee Boyer of Fayetteville, AR; brother, Ken (Michelle) Boyer of Elsie, MI; nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
Lee will be deeply missed by all that called him friend.

Karin, I am so sorry for the sudden loss of such a great guy. I met you through Debbie Warren, playing cards. Was so much fun. Lee was a hoot. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!
I first met Lee way back in high school, through my husband Jim. Lee was always a great guy, willing to help out however he could. I don’t think he knows how much he will be missed. Hugs to all the family and friends. Pam & Jim Armstrong
