Please accept my sincere condolences. Uncle Leon was an amazing Uncle. He was always so caring & loving! I have nothing but, sweet memories of him. You are all in my thoughts & prayers! I love you all!!
Leon and Mary went to Macedonia Baptist Church where we attended and were members of the PEP of which I was the Director. They were wonderful people and we will miss Leon. But heaven is a better place because of his presence. They were blessings to all who knew them and since they moved and now that we have moved away as well it seems lonely. God bless the family. Our prayers are with you. David and Mary Johnson
I will never forget seeing my father Charles( Leon’s brother), Uncle Leon, my brother David and his son’s Chris and Tyler all sitting on the same couch next to each other in my home. Being able to take a picture of this event, just amazed me how much each generation favored the previous one. ( due to building our home these pictures are safely packed away for now) All of these Mullins men were very dedicated loving men and I have been privileged to know them all. Among all of Uncle Leon’s many endeavors ( of 95 years!! Wow!) was the fact that he was also our family historian and geneologist. And he shared many stories of the Mullins’ history. Thank you for your dedication Uncle Leon. I love you and pray that one day we will meet again in heaven, Jane Mullins Cox
