Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I can remember growing up across the street and coming over and watching Mr. Steiner and Greg take apart and put back Greg’s engine in his car just for the frun of it. I never understood that always liked watching. I always felt welcome over there. He will be missed by all of us
Just a short anecdote about Uncle Marcel that mom told me years ago. About 1951, when I was 3 years old, mom took me to a photographer to have a studio portrait made. She told me that I was absolutely not co-operating that day, pouting and refusing to smile. She didn’t know what to do. Well, Uncle Marcel was also there. He found a ball and began playing a game of catch with me. Pretty soon I was smiling and laughing and the portrait turned out great, me with a big laughing smile and holding a ball. I’m not sure why Uncle Marcel was there that day, unless it was because he was my god-father and as such, was making sure that I was happy. I have him to thank for the great picture. He will be missed.
