McKenzie, Jr.; sister, Rita Thackery. Survivors: son, Tim; brothers, William J. McKenzie, J. T. McKenzie; sisters, Margaret Anne Schmitz all of Wichita, Betty J. Halman of Hemet, CA, Ruth P. Dear famly members of Mary Jean: I did not get to know Jean on a real personal level, but she was one of the people St. Francis of Assisi assigned me to for sending letters to the homebound. Jean and I shared various calls, she calle me, I called her. I sent her letters and I became to enjoy the friendship we built. May she rest in peace in heaven , she was a delight to have known.
