Olinda Gayle Pfost

Olinda Gayle Pfost, 69, Retired Nutritionist, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024. A private family service will be held. Olinda was a loving soul with a deep affection for cats, often finding joy in the companionship of her feline friends. She also had a passion for reading, especially books that fed her curiosity and love for learning, as well as cooking, where she found both creativity and comfort in preparing meals for those she cared about. Preceded in death by her parents, Orval and Irene Pfost; brothers-in-law, Jerry Clark, William Morrow. Survived by her sisters, Lynne Clark of Glenpool, OK, Sheila Morrow of Midland, TX; nieces, Kelly (Eric) Harms of Glenpool, OK, Shana (Chad) Peterson of Katy, TX; nephews, Michael (Rebecca) Clark of Richmond, TX, Scott (Lada) Morrow of Princeton, TX; many great and great-great-nieces and nephews. A memorial has been established with: Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219, in honor of her lifelong love for animals. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
