Olivia D. "Libby" Jacobs, 72, Librarian for USD 259, died Monday, January 23, 2017. Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 28, 2017, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by her husband, John George Jacobs; parents, George and Viola Snider. Survived by her siblings, Lue Ann Snider of Topeka, KS, Charles Snider of Edmond, OK, Sylvia (Dave) Gravenstein of Topeka, KS, Vaughn Snider of Hays, KS, Raye Jensen of Ellis, KS; nephews, Alan (Rita) Snider, Barron (Lisa) Snider; nieces, Sarah (Beau) Lauber, Gretchen Gravenstein. In lieu of flowers, and to honor Libbys memory, read to a child, or donate to the charity of your choice.
