Patricia A. Sullivan

Sullivan, Patricia (McKay), 63, passed away Tuesday Nov. 4, 2014. She was born on Aug. 27, 1951 in Kansas City, MO, to Charles and Lucille McKay, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Joseph; daughter, Meghan; sons, Sean and Kevin; and siblings, Martha Almond, Terry McKay, Margo Murphy, and Jerry McKay. She was dedicated to education, first serving as a teacher then in the administration of several area schools. She was committed to making a difference in the lives of others, including her work as a volunteer in schools and hospitals with Ed, one of her two beloved labradors. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, November 8, 2014 at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with visitation 30 minutes prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials established with St. Teresas Academy in Kansas City, MO; Victory in the Valleys Canine Friends in Wichita; and Partners for Wichitas Filling the Gap.
