Preceded in death by parents, Fred and Inez Cook; sister, Freda Nimmo, all formerly of Sallisaw, OK. Survivors: wife, Sandra S. Cook; son and daughter-in-law, Larry P. and Jacqueline M. Cook of Goddard; grandchildren and spouses, Amber K. and Wade Blankenship of Goddard, Kacie N. and Garrett Schoenthaler of Douglass, Stephen L. and Cailin Burns of Colwich, Tyler P. Cook and Cody G. Cook of Wichita, Dakota J. Cook and Cade A. Cook of Goddard; great-grandchildren, Kayleigh M. Blankenship, Blake A. Schoenthaler, Brendon P. and Leighton R. Burns and Noah P. Cook.
