Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Anne and family: Our deepest sympathies to all of you. You and Bob were dear friends here in Dubuque I can remember the good times we had together over at your house, and the kids playing. I worked for Nick Schrup, American Trust, and was a good friend of his also, and as such we had some good times together. Best Wishes. Tom & Judy Reilly

  2. Anne: I was very young, just getting started in the insurance business, and Bob took a high level interest in my succeeding. Some of his interest undoubtly sprung from the mutual respect and admiration you and Bob enjoyed and shared with Fran and Marion. I enjoyed the ‘social’ conversations we had and his advice to me was always timely and on target. I’ve missed Bob since your departure from Dubuque too many years ago and often wondered where he (you) landed and spent retirement. Now I know. I offer prayers for you and Bob during this time of earthly sorrow, but heavenly joy.
