Also known as “Wichita Mom” and Grandma Sally, my memories of Sally were that she was just the sweetest lady. Always eager to help out this single Mama. I loved how she would come to pray the rosary with us young mothers. She embodied motherhood with her maternal ways and will be greatly missed. May the perpetual light shine upon her
I didn’t know that Sally u til I. Saw her rosary and Mass on you tube. I’ve done several alterations for her in the past. We had a nice visit every time she came. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.
Sally was a good friend whom I saw a lot when she lived in Derby. She was such a lovely person, such a good person. We called her jokingly, but lovingly, St. Sally when referring to her! I heard from her every Christmas and when I didn’t hear from her this year, I immediately worried.. I was telling that to a friend today and she told me that Sally had passed away. I was shocked and so saddened. Well, one thing is for sure, if your mother isn’t with the Lord, no one will be.
You have my deepest sympathy. Myrna Messer
With loving memories of GG Sally, always in our hearts.
