My sympathy to the Bugner family. I remember Sandra as a beautiful and classy lady from slumber parties with Cindy way back when.
Sandy was my second mom while growing up in Delano! I was always at the Bugners house swimming or at Beaver lake at their house with Trina. I read somewhere that one of the best attributes a person can have is to be a good listener. In a world full of noise Sandy truly listened and loved deeply. She will be missed dearly!
Cindy, our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Your beloved mother was an inspiration for all of us. May the memories that linger be those of joy and laughter.
