Stephanie Ann Hartman

Stephanie Ann Hartman, 71, loving wife, mother & grandmother, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am, Friday, February 18, 2022, Central Community Church Chapel. Stephanie was a member of Central Community Church, a teacher for USD 259, teaching English & Drama at Northwest High School, and a continuity director of KAKE Television, writing and producing commercials. She was a Michigan State alumni and graduated with a Masters Degree from WSU. Stephanie also was on the Community Development Board for the YMCA, receiving the honor title of Greater Wichita YMCA 2019 Volunteer of the Year. Preceded in death by her parents, Rollin and Charlotte Hotaling; brother, Chuck Hotaling. Survived by her husband, Rob Hartman of Wichita, KS; sons, Chad (Leah) Hartman of Kingfisher, OK, Joshua (Gina) Hartman of Tyler, TX; daughter, Brooke Harrison of Wichita, KS; 10 grandchildren; 6 brothers & sisters; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Memorials have been established with: Central Community Church, or Greater Wichita YMCA, Attn: Hillary Hoesch, 402 N. Market, Wichita. KS 67202. Downing & Lahey Mortuary - West Chapel.
Great memories of Rob and Stephanie in Indianapolis where Rob and I worked together, and would socialize during the week with the wives, including youth hockey games where Rob was the coach of my son’s team. Just didn’t get any better then that. Dean & Grace Eberhardt
Stephanie was such a lovely, vibrant and vivacious woman. I am so grateful to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and in the days ahead. May God hold you close and comfort you with his love. Linda Huggins
She was always so welcoming to her grandchildren. She spoiled and loved all of us. She will be greatly missed.
Stephanie was a wonderful and loving Nini to Justin and Dustin who love her dearly. She did so many wonderful things for them and they appreciated it all. We all will miss you so very much and may you rest in peace with the Lord. Linda, Justin, and Dustin Knoblauch
