ANDALE - Jones, Watson “Ed”, 57, retired Boeing Aircraft painter, died Friday, November 24, 2006. Memorial service, 10 A.M., Tuesday, November 28, Downing Lahey West. Preceded in death by parents, Henry and Marcella (Mashburn); son, Dustin. Survivors: wife, Diane; son, Dylan of Wichita; daughter, Heather (Richard) Butler of Moore, OK; step-daughters, Tara (Ed) Winter of Andale, Toni (Mike Harnden) Ranich of Collinsville, OK; brother, David (Sonja) of Derby; sister, Alice Jones of Wichita; grandsons, Tre Butler of Moore, OK, Trenton Jones of Wichita; step-grandchildren, Clayton, Cayden, Kelsey, Karsyn, and Kamdyn Winter all of Andale.

  1. It makes us sad to see a family we care so much about going thru such a hard time. Please always know that you are never alone and if you need us for anything we will always be here for you. Ed will be missed greatly. We have so many memories about him…too many to mention..some we cannot mention out loud! It is our wish that God will wrap you and your family in an embrace that will bring you comfort and peace. Cling to the promise of eternal life and allow it to give you strentgth in the hard times.   2. Dear Diane and Kids, Sorry for your loss of Ed. I worked with him at Boeing but further more new him as a family friend who ran around with my parents Joe & Karen Mikesell.We will miss him.

  3. Diane & Kids, I am so sorry on your loss. Ed was so fun to be around.He made a bad day at Boeing turn into a great day.He immediatley took me under his wing at work.He knew on my first day how nervous I was and he made certain everything would be fine.My family and I will miss Ed dearly.
