Manning, Judith Rae (Hoggatt), 82, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015. Remembrance Service 6:00 P.M., Friday, June 26, 2015 at Downing and Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M., Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Blessed Sacrament Church. Predeceased by her parents, Elmer P. and Ilus Hoggatt; husband, Patrick John Manning. She is survived by her children, Bill (Marsha) of Evergreen, CO, Karen (Carl) Lombardo of Castle Pines, CO, Melissa (Tracy) Hall of Springfield, MO, Mary Lynn of New York, NY, and John (Kristin) of Wichita; brother, Phillip Hoggatt of Urbana, IL; grandchildren, Katy Hall, Carl Lombardo, Parker Hall, Michael Lombardo, Forrest Hall, Rachel Manning and Collin Manning; sister-in-law, Nora (Jim) Manning; brother-in-laws, William Manning and Michael (Mary Jo) Manning; nieces and nephews, Angela (Richard) Singletary, Andrew (Tammy) Hoggatt, Melinda (Dirk) Mattson, Christopher (Maria) Manning and Ashley (David) Still. Judy worked for the CIA upon graduation from the University of Illinois where she earned degrees in Geography and Political Science. She was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, Junior League of Wichita, Garden Club, Wits and Wisdom, Bookworms, Agatharians, DAR, Blessed Sacrament Library Committee.
