Ryan was a protective and loving big brother to me. There were so many times he made me laugh and also irritated me. What are brothers for? One time, we were at the airport during a layover and his dad thought it would be funny to prank me into ordering some ridiculous item on the mcdonald’s menu that wasn’t real. “50 cents worth a double order” yeah.. like that’s legit. To this day, all I remember is Ryan laughing so hard at little ol me falling for a dumb prank and me realizing in the moment what I had done 😂 We laughed all the way out of that mcdonald’s line.
Though Ryan had his downs, he had so many ups to celebrate and remember. I’ll always hold dear the fact how strong he was and how hard he fought through some of life’s hardest trials. He was a gem to many & touched so many hearts with his generous spirit & his silly personality through the years. I’ll always remember him with a soft smile & a laugh getting ready to fill the room. I can’t wait until we reunite again & can enjoy a life of peace together as a family.
Love you always bubs.
I’m happy he got to have a little sister in his life. He loved you alot. It’s hurts so bad knowing how much he was in pain mentally and physically. You were a definite blessing in his life.
We met Ryan when he was 5 years old, talk about a hyper kid, this kid can bounce off the walls, especially if he had sugar in his system. But as active as he was he won our hearts. We even for lived some time on 2 occasions with the Hooks and even though we haved enjoyed many happy moments with them it is very saddening for us to have been witnesses to some of their losses. We loved Ryan and his brother Dustin. To us they were like our nephews. We also loved Nury very much. We look forward to the day in which we can see them again (Job 14:14) Mean while we pray that Randy, Stacy, Dustin and Kylee are comforted by Jehovah’s promise and the support of our brotherhood. We love you!

It’s been a few years since I last saw Ryan yet I’ll always remember his fun loving, sweet and outgoing personality.
Sending my love to Randy, Stacey, Kylie, and Dustin. May you each find comfort in your cherished memories of Ryan.
