Zimmerman, Florentine, 82, retired Kreonite mold injection operator, died Monday, May 2, 2005. Rosary will be 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, at Downing Lahey West Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 A.M., Thursday, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary E. Ketzner, wife of Ron Ketzner. Her survivors include son, Joe and wife, Denise Zimmerman, daughter, Shirley Call and husband, Dean Wright, daughter, Norma Crowell, daughter, Ida and husband, Ken Volkland, daughter Margie and husband, Steve Coberley, daughter Catherine and husband, Rick Downs; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Memorials have been established with Heartland Home Hospice, 3243 E. Murdock, Ste 500, Wichita, KS 67208, and St. Joseph Parish, 145 S. Millwood, Wichita, KS 67213.

Catherine, Sisters and Brothers, Your Mom has gone home. This is a good thing. She has no more pain and worries. We need to celebrate her life as she lived it and not mourn her passing. I know now you hurt for your Mom but remember one thing, she is in your heart and memory. She will live there forever even though her body is no longer on this Earth.
