  1. Lynn and I extend our Deepest Sympathy on the loss of your Father. I had the priviledge of getting better acquainted with your father thru our discussion of various real estate deals and invariably had the pleasure of learning stories about earlier times in Wichita, aviation, boating, his time in the House, or nuances of the law regarding real estate. He was very knowledgable, fortunate and someone who lived a full life with a great family. Best Regards.

  2. Well, Frank, you never got me up in a sailplane……but maybe you’ll have one waiting for me when I join you. I had to move to Florida to miss out. I enjoyed our time in legislature as well as our contacts in the law. John and family, both of your parents have left you a proud heritage, continue to make the most of it.

  3. Frank will be greatly missed.he was an asset to the bar and to Wichita. Our prayers are with your familr. Judge Greg Waller
