Preceded in death by his parents, Emerson Monroe and Edna Lorene Bailey.
Survived by his wife, Linda Sims Bailey; Gary’s daughter, Laura Jean Bailey (Ronald) Johnson, and her children, Ronald Gary (Caitlyn) Johnson, and their 4 children, Douglas Arthur (Courtney) Johnson, and their 3 children; Gary’s daughter, Diane Sue Bailey (Richard) Wholgemuth, and their children, William Isaac Wohlgemuth, Crystal Nichole Wholgemuth (Kyle) Havel; 3 nieces and 3 nephews; Linda’s son, Gerald E. Campbell, and his children, Gerald E. (Christina) Campbell Jr., Keith E. (Lauren) Campbell, and Jason P. Buchholz (Becky) Campbell. Granddaughter Christina Louise Campbell, 3 more grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Gary was a great friend. I worked with him at Flightsafety and would go out to eat with him often after he retired. He was so popular with our clients. Gary was a great friend.
We will miss him and his great sense of humor. He was a good friend to my husband Mike Thomas whom he worked with at Flight Safety and his brother Steve. Rest in peace.
Gary was a class act and a pillar of our Beechjet and Premier programs over the years. Always kind with a quick wit. We were lucky to have him in our FlightSafety family.-Mike Wallace DOT
