As USD 259 Translator #1, many people across the district benefitted from her talent and service. She retired 20 years ago but was still translating documents for the district until recently.
She was my dearest friend, former colleague and comadre. I will miss her. Dalia Hale
Thanks, Dalita Robert
Thanks Shirley and thanks for the music box you gave her. Robert
I am heartbroken to hear of Isabell’s death. We spent many years together teaching and helping to shape the ESL program in USD 259. She was kind, gracious, and loved by all. Her translating was legendary and she helped in all areas of education.
Robert and family, please know we are sending our deepest sympathy at this difficult time. May her memories be a blessing and comfort.
Fondly,
Sue Levich
Isabel was always so welcoming and kind to my family. May she RIP.
