Stewart, Jack C., 82 retired attorney and oil operator passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009. Memorial service is 2:00 pm Monday, July 20, 2009 at Downing and Lahey East Mortuary. Survivors include brother, James (Janice) Stewart; nephews, Thomas Stewart (Estela) of Wichita and David Stewart (April) of Lenexa, KS and niece, Ann Byerley of Wichita.
